By using this site, submitting an RFQ, or placing an order with , you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you don't agree, please don't use our services.
RFQs are non-binding estimates based on stated volume, timeline, and current inventory. Pricing is confirmed in writing on a formal quote and honored for 15 days unless otherwise stated. Orders are confirmed upon receipt of a signed purchase order or payment.
Net-30 and Net-60 payment terms are extended only to approved trade accounts following a credit review. Late payments may result in account terms being suspended and future orders moved to prepaid status.
Ship dates quoted for in-stock items reflect standard processing at the time of order. Custom, non-stock, or large-volume orders carry confirmed lead times stated on the quote, which may vary due to manufacturer supply conditions.
Unopened stock items may be returned within 30 days for full credit. Defective items are covered under the applicable manufacturer warranty and will be replaced or refunded at no restocking charge.
Under no circumstances shall be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages — including lost production time — arising from the use of purchased tools or equipment, beyond the value of the goods purchased.
